These Terms apply to VibeCheck and this website. Developer name and App Store links are placeholders until the App Store listing is finalized.

Apple Standard EULA

VibeCheck uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement unless a custom EULA is added later in App Store Connect. You can read Apple's standard EULA at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

What VibeCheck Does

VibeCheck lets you import a WhatsApp chat export or compatible text transcript and generate a report about visible group-chat patterns. Reports can include participant profiles, group dynamics, awards, red and green flags, inside jokes, predicted reactions, and practical next moves.

VibeCheck is for entertainment, reflection, and communication help. It is not legal, medical, mental-health, relationship safety, or professional advice.

Accuracy And AI Limitations

VibeCheck can only analyze the text and metadata it can inspect. It cannot know private intent, sarcasm, deleted context, off-chat behavior, or facts outside the uploaded transcript.

When AI generation is configured, a full or sampled transcript may be sent to a backend AI proxy for report generation. When AI generation is unavailable, VibeCheck may generate a deterministic local report from observable transcript patterns.

Subscriptions

VibeCheck Premium is planned as Apple-managed auto-renewable subscriptions. The app supports weekly and yearly plans only. There is no monthly plan.

Premium unlocks full reports, deeper insights, red-flag and green-flag sections, PDF export, and other premium report features. The weekly plan includes 1 full report per week. The yearly plan includes 48 full reports per year.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. VibeCheck does not receive or store full payment card details.

Public Sharing

If you create a public share link, anyone with the link token may be able to open the shared full report until the link is revoked or deleted. You are responsible for choosing what you share.

Acceptable Use

Do not use VibeCheck to harass, threaten, dox, exploit, or manipulate people. Do not upload chat exports you do not have the right to process. Do not treat reports as proof of intent, diagnosis, or wrongdoing.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the app, subscriptions, or backend services change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
